Refund Policy
At Axis Designer, we always try to deliver the best architectural and design services.
This Refund Policy explains when refunds are applicable and when they are not.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Payment was made by mistake (duplicate or wrong transaction)
- No work has started yet on your project
- The selected service cannot be delivered due to internal reasons
- In these cases, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of payment.
2. When Refunds Are NOT Applicable
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- If design work has already started
- If any part of the design has been delivered
- If delay is caused due to lack of client response or missing information
- If the client changes their mind after work has begun
- If the client requests services not included in the package
- If third-party costs (e.g., site visit, printing, submission fees) have already been paid
3. Revision Policy
Revisions are provided based on the chosen package.
Additional revisions outside the package will require extra payment and are not refundable.
4. Project Cancellation
If you decide to cancel the project:
- Before work starts → partial or full refund may be provided
- After work starts → refund is not applicable
- After design delivery → refund is not applicable
5. Mode of Refund
Approved refunds may take 5–10 working days to process.
Refunds will be sent through:
- Bank transfer
- Mobile banking
- Same payment method used originally
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.
